Ask questions about future activities using going to

A: When are you going to meet your friends?
B: On the weekend.

A: Where are you going to travel this summer?
B: To Trujillo.

A: What are you going to do on Saturday morning?
B: I am going to play tennis.






- Would you like to … (Used for invitations). Examples:
• Would you like to have dinner with us?
• Would you like to go to the movies?
• Would you like to play tennis?

- on the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). For example: I’m going to study for the exam on the weekend.

A: Are you free next Friday evening?
B: Sure! What do you want to do?






Conversation
A: I want to watch the Iron Lady. Meryl Streep is great in this film!
B: When are you going to watch the movie?
A: This week. Would you like to go Friday evening?
